STEP : 1
Take the noodles and set them aside so that they can be boiled and then mixed with the gravy for serving.

Peel and slice the carrot and onion. - Chop the capsicum and spring onion. - Peel the garlic and wash them. Chop the green chili. - Chop the beans into 2 halves.

Take the cabbage, wash it and then cut it into fine pieces so that it can be easily cooked (Thickly grated cabbage is used)

Add water, salt to saucepan, bring it to boil and then add the noodles and boil it. Add a pinch of oil too. Drain off the excess water.

Heat oil in a kadai and add the garlic cloves and onion, fry them till the garlic turns brownish and the onion is softened and turns pinkish in nature

Add the chopped cabbages and sprinkle some salt on to it and then continue to fry well till the cabbage is softened.

Now add rest of the vegetables to the kadai and cook it well by stirring and also add some salt.

Now add a spoon full of soya sauce and vinegar to the vegetables and mix well and continue to cook so that they are well fried.

Add 2 cups of water, boil the same and let the gravy thicken. Add some cornflour to make a thick broth and then the gravy is ready.

Take the gravy with the vegetables in a bowl and the boiled noodles in a plate and then it is ready to be mixed and served.
