It is regular Evening Snack for children and everyone. it is simple and tasty snack item.

Ingredients of Potatoes

2 Potatoes
0.5 Tea cup Sooji Rava
2 Green chillies
0.5ltr Refined Oil
0.5 tea spoon Red chilli powder
1tea spoon Salt
1tea spoon Food color

Boiling sooji rava

take a pan and add water in that and boiled it

mix well and make it soft lump

take pressure cooker add sufficient water and add cut potatoes

This is so cool. I am sure during lock down when there isnt much in the pantry, a dish like this will be very useful to have and make. Boiling the semolina is a good tip as otherwise it would not have the same consistency. Boiling potatoes also helps in giving shape. I think even green chilles, capsicum, carrots etc can be used to add to the taste if fried like shown. While the deep frying can be a little healthy, the cut let fries do look healthy. Keep writing more recipes.
