Easy way to prepare Veg Finger Rolls. It is regular Evening Snack for children and everyone. it is simple and tasty snack item.

- 2.00 nos Potatoes
- 0.50 cup Sooji Rava
- 2.00 nos Green chillies
- 0.50 ltr Refined Oil
- 0.50 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.25 tbsp Food color
Instructions
Veg Finger Rolls
- take a pan and add water in that and boiled it
- Add Sooji Ravva into boiled water
- mix well and make it soft lump
- Add two green chilies and salt into mixer and make smooth paste
- take pressure cooker add sufficient water and add cut potatoes
- after boiling potatoes let it cool down
- peel potato layer and make into smooth paste
- take a plate add mashed pototoes and sooji lump
- add salt and red chilly powder
- Add green chilly paste
- mix well all ingredients into dough
- take small ball and roll it as shown in the picture
- prepare all rolls and rest it.
- take small ball and press it like cutlets as shown in the picture
- prepare all cutlets and rest it
- take 0.5ltr oil in a pan
- drop all prepared veg rolls into heat oil until golden colour
- after frying the rolls the yummy rolls are prepared serve hot
- take pan and heat it and apply oil and add cutlets into pan and bake until golden colour
- after baking the cutlets the yummy cutlets are prepared serve hot
