This is a very healthy and nutritious food with many vitamin values and is usually a very good medicine for anti chicken pox. It is made from bitter gourd, drum stick and potato and only needs celery seeds and ginger paste to prepare the gravy. It is served with rice.

1.00 tbsp Ginger Paste
0.25 tbsp Salt
0.25 tbsp Sugar
1.00 tbsp Ghee

Take the drumstick and peel it and cut it into small pieces along the length. Peel and wash the potato and cut it into thin long slices. Cut the bitter gourd into small pieces.
