Veg Bonda is the best evening time snack to have with a hot sip of tea or coffee. Moreover this is the healthy snacks which is filling to children,In this recipe i have used tasty and healthy veggies and which is to filled and crunchy outer layer while biting,So that it is liked and loved to eat for all.

Ingredients of Flour Ingredients

Veg masala preparation

Wash and chop all the veggies such as potatoes and carrots and also get some fresh green peas.

Take a mixing bowl add 3/4 cup of Bengal gram flour and 2 tbsp of rice flour.

Dip the dough into that gram flour batter which was fully immersed,better to use a spoon for this.

A lovely dish to have in the evening with a cup of hot tea or coffee. So healthy snack to have. So many veggies in here, carrots, peas, onions, and potatoes. Such a pack of good health and nutrients. Wow!!! This recipe is very simple and easy way to make with different stuffings, it's a perfect evening snack during rainy seasons. A plate full of bonda accompanied by coconut chutney along with the cup of hot tea is the best combo ever..It has lot of vegetables and spiced up with variety of spice powders in the kitchen. We can also add our favorite veggies but potatoes should not be skipped. I tried this with different veggies such as cauliflower, french beans and capsicum to it. it was really great in taste. I loved this recipe. This recipe is more or less similar to vadas or rather say an improved version of batata vada. This recipe is really more sizzling and appetizing.
