This is a special recipe called with different names in different areas. It can be made either with raw banana or banana fruit. It can be had for evening snacks. Taste really excellent and very easy to make with very less ingredients.

Ingredients of Vazhakkai bajji

1.00 cup Gram flour
0.50 tbsp Salt
1.50 tbsp Green chilli sause
0.25 tbsp Baking soda
0.50 liter Oil
0.50 cup Water

Now take about one cup of gram flour and add about half tablespoon of salt and one fourth tablespoon of baking soda.
