The plantain 65 is the fry recipe mostly prepared in every part of the country . The plantain is fried in oil and then the spices are added to make it more tasty. You can also have it for snacks during evening time.

1.00 no Raw plantain fruit
4.00 no Green chillies
4.00 no Curry leaves
1.00 cup Oil
0.50 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Red chilli powdee
0.50 tbsp Garam masala
