Ingredients of Vazhaipoo vadai
STEP : 1
Soak the Red Gram(chana dal) in water for 2 to 3 hrs,by adding two table spoon of raw rice into it,and wash well and add it to a mixer jar for grinding.

After fine grind the red gram in to a bowl, add three medium size sliced onion, and 4 green chilies finely chopped in to it.

Mix well the dal and onion and now add the finely chopped banana flower which was already cleaned and chopped, in to it and mix well.

now add the finely chopped coriander and curry leaves leaves, and add the needed salt and 1/4 tbsp of baking soda in to it.

Mix well for making a vadai consistency, At this meanwhile heat a frying pan and add 2 cups of refined oil for deep frying.
STEP : 6
take a small amount of vadai mixture and make like a flat round shape and add into oil, deep fry it for two to three minutes.
STEP : 7
When the color changes into light brown turn the another side and keep frying for two minutes for full boiling, finally serve hot with sauce or with coconut chutney.
