hi,valai poo Thuvaiyal is very good for diabetics and is used to treat ulcers and dysentery.it is rich in fiber, it helps prevent constipation.Every need to have this chutney .It is very easy to prepare and very tasty.

Ingredients of Vazhaipoo thuvaiyal

1.00 cup Banana flower
1.00 tbsp oil
1.00 no Tamarind
0.25 tbsp salt
1.00 tbsp Channa dal
1.00 tbsp Urad dal
5.00 no red chillies
1.00 cup water
0.25 tbsp asafoetida powder
