- 1.00 nos Vazhaipoo
- 6.00 nos Red Chillies
- 1.00 tbsp Channa Dal
- 1.00 tbsp Urad Dal
- 1.00 tbsp salt
- 3.00 tbsp Oil
- 1.00 cup water
- 3.00 nos garlic Cloves
- 1.00 nos one Tamarind
- 10.00 pcs Coconut
- 1.00 nos curry leaves
- 0.50 cup mustard seeds
Instructions
Vazhaipoo Thol Thogayal
- first wash the Vazhaipoo thol and clean it in water than cut it like this.
- Now you need to Heat the oil in a cooker and keep it in low flame.
- Now you need to put mustard seeds wait for 1 sec than put red chillies.
- Now you need to add the Urad dal ,Channa dal and garlic closer wait for 1 min.
- Now you need to add the Vazhaipoo thol and mix it , than wait for 1 mins.
- Now you need to cut the coconut like this and Tamarind should be like this.
- Now add the coconut and Tamarind than mix it. keep it in a low flame.
- Now you need to take the curry leaves and add it into the cooker.wait for 1 mins.
- Now you need to transfer them to a plate and leave it to cool down.
- Now you need to take the small mixture grinder than put everything and mix it
- Now you need to mix it for 1 to 3 mins than add water and mix it.
