very tasty and delicious aratipuvvu curry can be prepared very easily in few steps ,,and also it does not take more time to prepare ,very well suitable for the rice and the roties ..especially this is very healthy recipe ..

Ingredients of vazhaipoo poriyal

1.00 no aratipuvvu
1.00 cup moong dal
2.00 no green chilies
1.00 tbsp red chilly powder
1.00 tbsp turmeric powder
2.00 no red chilies
1.00 tbsp black gram
1.00 tbsp chana dal
1.00 tbsp mustered seeds
3.00 tbsp oil
2.00 tbsp garlic

first of all take the aratipuvvu and peel out the outer layer of that and take the all inner petals and keep them aside
