STEP : 1
Heat a pan add 4 to 5 tbsp of refined oil and then add some fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds and saute for two minutes, do not burn fenugreek seeds because this causes bitter taste.

When these seeds gets golden brown and mustard seeds are plotters now add 10 to 15 garlic pods in to it.

Mix well and turns into light brown color, now add the finely chopped three medium size onions into it and saute well.

By adding a pinch of salt and saute well till it gets reddish brown color and add curry leaves into it, and add fine sliced tomatoes into it.

Mix well till it smashed well, and now add 5 to 6 tablespoon of home made kuzhambu chilly powder into it and mix well.

Add the one cup of thick tamarind extract into it and mix well, adjust water for boiling and add needed salt in to it.
STEP : 7
Keep boiling for ten to twelve minutes to get thick gravy consistent, by closing the lid, after the gravy gets tender state now add the well cleaned and washed Nei Vanjaram fish in to it.

Mix well after adding the fish and do not mix after boiled because there is a chance to broke, hence the hot and tasty fish curry are ready to serve.
