STEP : 1
Take all the ingredients and keep it ready peel the skin of garlic and chop the onions into long pieces cut the edges of the green chillies

STEP : 2
Take a jar put tomatoes to it and the masala chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder and tamarind a small size and grind it nicely till you get a paste

Take the fish and wash it thoroughly and remove the extras in that cut them into pieces has you need if it is big you can cut it into three to four pieces

Keep the pot over the stove and add oil to it once the oil get heated at the mustard seeds and curry leaves and the green chillies

And then add the garlic and the chopped onions to that and fry it nicely in the oil till it turns to the golden brown

And then I add the paste what we prepared to the oil and fry them nicely and add water when its boiling add the fish and close it with the lid and off the stove and serve it after half an hour
