Ingredients of Vaniyambadi beef biryani

3.00 cup Briyani Rice
1.50 cup Onion Slices
1.50 cup Tomato Slices

0.25 cup Ginger Garlic Paste

1.00 cup Coriander Leaves
2.00 cup Beef Meat
3.00 tbsp Ghee
4.00 tbsp Oil

Vaniyambadi beef biryani

In a pressure cooker add the well washed beef meats,then add needed salt and 1/4 tbsp of turmeric powder and add some onion slices and some coriander and curry leaves,and keep boiling in full flame till three to four whistles,

When saffron strands are well mixed to this ingredients add water for 1:1 1/2 ratio as for 3 cups of rice add 5 cups of water,and mix well and adjust the taste at this stage,

Finally close the lid and keep the rice in dum process is nothing but heat a dosa pan and place the cooking rice pot on that tawa and keep weight on that pot as vessel full of water,and keep boil in medium flame for few minutes, now the hot and spicy beef briyani is ready to serve with curd or brinjal raitha.

Excellent food at very small procedures. But the taste was as of like a tomato rice. Healthy and nutritious biriyani. This biriyani is also very very famous biriyani. I didn't like this as much as like other biriyani because of the beef. But my family in the village loved this dish to the coree. They said that this biriyani is our traditional biriyani. they also said that beef is very very healthy. Some everyone cannot eat beef as may they not like the taste. So those who like to taste beef or want to try beef can try this dish or less don't try:)
