If u plan to have a cake or to celebrate a birthday function no need to buy outside shops,now there is a chance to make a soft, delicious ,light and fluffy cakes by using pressure cooker(aluminium cooker).

STEP : 1
We make cake on birthdays and anniversaries,we get cake from the market but they can be easily made at home itself,various kinds of cake are available to make a simple vanilla sponge cake.Lets to prepare a sponge cake the ingredients are maida,milk,powder sugar,baking soda,baking powder,butter or ghee and also we can decorate with dry fruits.That i shown in my below image.

Now mix all these things(Baking soda,baking powder,powder sugar with butter).To make vanilla sponge cake first melt the butter a little add melted butter into a big bowl and powder sugar as well,keep mixing it till it become a little fluffy,now the batter is ready in fluffy manner and pour it in maida.

After pouring the cake batter into maida mix it well,add milk to the batter stir it nicely just mix the batter a little to make it smooth.

Add more milk to the batter if it is thick do not add any more milk as we do not want it to have a very thin consistency.

Make sure while adding maida in another bowl filter it using a filtrate.Now after making the batter in a nice consistency add vanilla essence 2 or 3 drops in a cake batter mix it well,now the batter for the cake is ready so lets prepare the bowl in which the batter is to be cooked.

Take a container of 8 inch in diameter,grease it with ghee or sunflower oil spread it evenly at all sides,spread a butter paper at base of a container or spread maida at all sides in a container,this will help the cake to come out easily from the container,if you spread butter paper apply oil on the butter paper as well.Pat the container a little so that the batter spread evenly on all sides.

Now put the cake batter into a pressure cooker and decorate it with dry fruits chopped such as almonds,cashew nuts,raisins,now bake the cake till it turns golden brown leave it under 45 minutes.

Now close the pressure cooker till 45 minutes to bake only after 45 minutes we come to know our cake was completely baked or not,to know the baked cake it appears little brown and fluffy on the top.

After opening a pressure cooker to check the baked cake we can put a knife inside it,if the knife is coming out clear,no ingredients stick to the knife our cake is now completely baked,leave the cake to cool down and then take it out from the container by using knife you can also cut the cakes from the sides by using knife.finally remove the butter paper.Now our vanilla sponge cake is totally ready NUTRITIONAL VAUE The calorie contains 241 the total fat is 9g and saturated is 2g,polyunsaturated 3g,monounsaturated 4g.
