Ingredients of Vanilla pudding
STEP : 1
Take half liter of full cream milk, The cashew and raisins and soak them in water. Take the 2 eggs and beat them well. Take 4 bread pieces and remove the thicker sides from all 4 ends. Take some vanilla essence.
STEP : 2
Boil the milk in a saucepan and once it starts boiling simmer and add the sugar and continue to boil till the volume is almost halved.

Take the milk which has been condensed in a baking tray, add the vanilla essence and mix very well with the milk.
STEP : 4
Add the beaten egg to the milk and stir continuously so that lumps are not formed and the egg mixes well with the milk.- Add the bread slices by crushing them with hand in the milk and mix well.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon and then put the baking dish in a microwave and bake it for 10 minutes. Once it is baked then take out the tray, keep it for cooling, see if it has formed the shape and then set it aside.
STEP : 6
Take out the baked pudding from the container and put it in a plate as shown below. Add the raisins and cashew from top. Let it settle and then cut it into small pieces and then serve after refrigeration and cooling.
