Ice cream is a favourite thing for many of us. From kids to adults no one will say no to a scoop of ice cream. Who cares whether it is branded or not, if it is sweet, cold and creamy, it is the qualification of a perfect ice cream.
But you must be really cautious about the quality of the ice cream you are eating. Always look at the ingredients in the ice cream you are eating. Few ice creams contain raw eggs in it.
Never give those ice creams to your kids or you too don’t consume it if you are pregnant or allergic to raw eggs.
To sort out these kinds of issues, it is better to make ice cream at home. It requires only a few ingredients and trust me it tastes the best when you compare it with store bought ones.
Why vanilla ice cream the best?
Vanilla ice cream is the best and it is the favourite flavour for many. When it comes to making ice cream at home, many people prefer making vanilla flavour as it needs very less ingredients and a few drops of vanilla essence.
For all other ice creams we need to pick sweet fruits, have to prepare caramel sauce and yes have to add liquid food colours too.
Vanilla ice cream tastes the best with a piece of brownie. You can also make vanilla ice cream cones using waffles. You can use the ice cream for making vanilla ice cream cake also.
In this recipe I am using cow’s milk and if you are vegan you can simply replace it with some almond milk.
You can serve a scoop of vanilla ice cream just like that or with toppings such as almonds, pistachio, cherry, berry or with some chocolate sauce.
Serve this ice cream with cakes and brownies. Obviously vanilla ice cream tastes so good when eaten along with no cream chocolate cakes.
And one of the best things I make out of this vanilla ice cream is, I just scoop up some ice cream and blend it with a few ice cubes and 100 ml of milk.
Storing the ice cream
To be honest, I make this ice cream in big batches and store it in an airtight container for more than a week.So it is completely your choice to freeze it for more days or to consume it by making fresh batches.

STEP : 1
These are the ingredients we need for making ice cream . we need a beater , milk maid ,cream and milk , vanilla essence.

then take a clean and dry bowl and add the full cream of milk to it ,then add the full fat milk also to it .

then start mix it using beater at slowly first and when its fully dissolved increase the speed of beater and mix again .
STEP : 4
when we see a very neatly dissolved milky state add the vanilla essence to it and mix it again , increase the speed.

then when it is fully dissolved and we get a nice smell of vanilla add the milk maid to it and beat again.

then mix it well and beat for two minutes and we can see the texture of milk is thickened ,then transfer it a bowl that we can keep in freezer .

then tightly close the bowl using an aluminum foil or a plastic sheet , if you need you can close it again with some plate also .

After two hours take it out and open the foil ,we can see our ice cream started to set . using the beater mix it well again .

then again close the foil and keep it to set , mix it again after two hours and then wait for overnight or about total twelve hours ,then we can see our ice cream is ready to serve . serve it to your loved ones and add some nuts or chocolate syrup to it . and make it more attractive .
