STEP : 1
Take the butter, eggs, maida, baking powder and corn flour along with the vanilla essence and set it aside. Also powder the sugar.

Put the eggs in the mixture grinder and churn it very well till it becomes thick and full of broth.

Take the butter in a bowl and melt it very well by placing it on an induction plate so that it becomes complete liquid.

Add all the ingredients namely, maida, baking powder , cornflour, sugar to the beaten egg to form the mixture for the cake.

Blend it very well and then see if it is uniform and no lumps are formed into the same. It can be beaten further so that the cake is fluffier.

Now add the vanilla essence to the mixture and then stir very well so that it mixes with the rest of the content.

Make the cups ready where the batter would be poured and it would give shape to the cup cakes after baking.

Add the batter to each cup so that they are half filled and is ready to be baked in an air fryer.

Place the filled in cups in the air fryer and then allow it to bake till the cakes attain shape and when a knife is inserted no batter sticks to it.

Take out the baked cakes and place them to cool. Once cooled take them out from the mold and top it with castor sugar and it is ready to be served.
