Instructions
- Take one cup of basamati rice add 3 cups of water and cook it on medium flame
- Cook it untill the rice become soft
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in kadai add 1 tsp mustard seeds put it on low flame let the mustard seeds splutter
- Add 1 chopped tomato , 1 chopped green chili and cook it a bit on low flame
- Add 4 tsp of plain yogurt 1 tsp red paprika powder, 1/2 turmeric powder, a pinch of hing, and salt for taste
- Mix it, and it to the oil and tomato mixture
- Stir it, and cook it on a low flame for 5 minutes until it looks like this
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot Vagherela bhaat
