This recipe is spicy curd rice it is good for health and it is very simple dish and tasty with curd and it is very soft food we can take this dish in summer

For Vagherela Bhaat Preparation

Take one cup of basamati rice  add 3 cups of water and cook it on medium flame

STEP : 1

Cook it untill the rice become soft

Cook it untill the rice become soft

Heat 2 tsp of oil in  kadai  add 1 tsp mustard seeds put it on low flame let the mustard seeds splutter

STEP : 3

Add 1 chopped tomato , 1 chopped green chili and cook it a bit on low flame

STEP : 4

Add  4 tsp of plain yogurt 1 tsp  red  paprika powder, 1/2 turmeric powder, a pinch of hing, and salt for taste

Mix it,  and it to the oil and tomato mixture
