Ingredients of Urad dal vada

1.00 Cup Black gram
1.00 Cup Onions
1.00 tbsp Green chilies
1.00 tbsp Ginger pieces
1.00 cup Oil
1.00 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp Gera

First of all take the black gram and soak them in the water and grind well like a fine paste as shown.

Okay, hold on! My absolute favorite dish during festivals. My cousins and I usually have competitions during Diwali that who will eat more vada. We are such a big fan of it. Our mommies are experts in doing this. With coconut chutney, it is a heavenly combo. Big love to it. I would recommend it to everyone. Just try and enjoy.
