STEP : 1
Soak a cup of Urad Dhal in water for about 2 hours and then grind the dhal with the help of a mixer grinder and extract the paste.
STEP : 2
The Finely ground urad dhal paste is extracted and to it add 4 tbsp of sugar which will help to sweeten the extract.

Add a pinch of Baking soda to the mixture which will make the bonda soft and fluffy. And also add a pinch of salt for taste.

Mix the ingredients well and leave it aside for sometime and as we have added sugar to the extract it will loosen the thick mixture.

Take a wok and pour oil as required to fry the bondas, once the oil is become hot make round shape of the urad dhal extract and drop it in the oil one by one.
STEP : 6
Fry the bondas till they turn into golden brown color and one more thing fry the bondas in low flame as it needs to get cooked properly and also the bondas will not get charred because of sugar. Plate the bondas, eat the crispy, fluffy and tasty bondas this monsoon.
