hi friends, Urad dal is known to be richest source of protein and Vitamin B.Many of the Indian dishes have this highly nutritional dal which is considered to be a good source of folic acid, iron, magnesium, potassium.It is very easy to prepare.Every one need to have this Ulutham Paruppu Puttu.

Ingredients of urad dal Puttu

1.00 cup Urad Dal
0.50 cup sugar
0.50 no Coconut
1.00 tbsp butter
2.00 cup water
1.00 tbsp Cardamom
5.00 tbsp boiled rice

first you need to take the ingredients Urad Dal , sugar , boiled rice, butter, coconut.
