Urad dal bonda is a a healthy and tasty snack recipe. It’s south indian style delicious crispy popular evening snack recipe. which taste wonderfull with a cup of coffee or tea.
Ingredients
Urad Dal Bonda
- 1.00 cup Black Gram
- 2.00 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1.00 cup Onions
- 1.00 tbsp Oil for deep fry
- 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
- 1.00 cup Idly rava
Instructions
Urad Dal Bonda
- First of all take the bowl and take the black gram and soak that dal in the water for 4 hours and then wash and keep aside
- now take the grnder and add the dal in the grinder and grind well like a fine paste by adding the water in the middle
- now take the grinded paste in to a bowl and then add the idly ravva in the paste and mix well and keep that aside
- now take the rice flour and add only two or three tbsp of the rice flour in the batter and mix well
- now take the salt and add the salt for the taste and mix well as shown in the image below ,
- now take the onions and peel out the outer layer and then wash well and cut them in to small pieces and then cut the green chillies
- now take them and add them slowly in the prepared batter and add water if required in that and keep aside
- now take the spoon and with the help of that spoon mix all the onion pieces and green chillies in the batter well
- now take the prepared batter and keep a pan and add the oil and preheat the oil and prepare the punugulu as shown
- now fry them in the slow flame untill they fry like the light golden color and then take them in to paper napkin plate
- now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and crispy punugulu in the plate and serve with the ginger chutney thats it tasty punugulu ready with idly batter
