  • 1.00 cup Black Gram
  • 2.00 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1.00 cup Onions
  • 1.00 tbsp Oil for deep fry
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
  • 1.00 cup Idly rava

Instructions

  • First of all take the bowl and take the black gram and soak that dal in the water for 4 hours and then wash and keep aside

  • now take the grnder and add the dal in the grinder and grind well like a fine paste by adding the water in the middle

  • now take the grinded paste in to a bowl and then add the idly ravva in the paste and mix well and keep that aside

  • now take the rice flour and add only two or three tbsp of the rice flour in the batter and mix well

  • now take the salt and add the salt for the taste and mix well as shown in the image below ,

  • now take the onions and peel out the outer layer and then wash well and cut them in to small pieces and then cut the green chillies

  • now take them and add them slowly in the prepared batter and add water if required in that and keep aside

  • now take the spoon and with the help of that spoon mix all the onion pieces and green chillies in the batter well

  • now take the prepared batter and keep a pan and add the oil and preheat the oil and prepare the punugulu as shown

  • now fry them in the slow flame untill they fry like the light golden color and then take them in to paper napkin plate
