Ingredients of Turmeric tea
STEP : 1
Firstly take a one bowl in this add ,1 - cup of water ,make it boil in a medium flame , then add 1 spun of tea powder .
STEP : 2
After 5 minutes ,when it is boiling , add 1- spun of turmeric powder for the boiling water .
STEP : 3
After it is boiling time add one cup of milk , and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame .
STEP : 4
Add 1/2 pinch of ginger as i shown in the below image , and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame .
STEP : 5
After adding all the ingredients now add 1 spun of sugar , for the taste of the tea . We can also add jaggery to this .
STEP : 6
Now separate all the ingredients which we added in the above by the saucer , as i shown in the below .
STEP : 7
Now the healthy and tasty , Natural liver detox turmeric tea is ready to serve . Consume this every day .
