STEP : 1
First of all, take the gilki as per the mention quantity and wash them properly with the water and the clean them.

After this, take the gilki one by one and peel all of them with the help of the peeler and make cut in them from the one side.

After doing this, take the peanuts and cook them in the empty pan and then grind them into the mixer into mixture.

Now, after doing this, take the spices like salt, turmeric, red chilly powder and coriander powder in a plate and mix all.

Now, take the grinded peanuts and then mix the spices into the peanuts and also add some amount of oil to it.

After that, mix well the peanuts and the spices along with the oil so that a proper mixture is made and is further used as a filling.

When the filling is ready, take the gilki one by one and place the filling into the gilki from where there is a cut in it.

Now, after doing all this, take the oil in the pan and when it gets heated, add cummins and mustard to it.

After that, when they got cooked for some seconds add the pieces of the gilki to the oil that are already filled.

Now, after that, mix the gilki properly in the oil and then cook it by covering the lid over it for around 10 to 15 minutes.

After this, during the gilki is get cooking, add the remaining mixture of peanuts to the pan over this and then cook.

Now, cook it little bit more and when gets cooked take it out in the bowl and it is ready to serve.
