Ingredients of Tuna fish curry

STEP : 1
At the first step cut the tuna fish in to pieces and then clean it well , drain off the excess water .

Take a mixer or blender put chilly powder, turmeric powder,coconut , green chilly , ginger , coriander powder ,shallots to it
STEP : 3
Pour some salt and little water also , then grind it well and make a smooth paste of the mix .

Mean while marinate the fish pieces using little salt , turmeric powder and chilly powder ,keep it for fifteen minutes .

Take a mud pot ,heat it put oil to it and when it's hot add mustard seeds and when it splutters add yellow mustard then add shallots or onion and dried red chilly
STEP : 6
When it is nicely saute , pour the grinded mix of coconut to the mud pot and mix it well , stir for two minutes .

Then add some water to it and add black kokum to it , close the mud pot and let it boil .
STEP : 8
When it boils add salt if needed and then add the marinated fish pieces to it , dip it well in the curry .

Close the mud pot and let it cooked well , keep in low flame , it will take about ten to twenty minutes .

We can see the oil separated at the upper layer when it's nicely cooked , then off the flame and serve with rice .
