An Healthy Refreshment Drink For Tulsi Juice Make At Home
- 1.00 cup WhiteTulsi
- 1.00 cup BlackTulsi
- 2.00 tbsp CumienSeeds
- 1.75 tbsp Honey
- 1.00 tbsp Lemon
- 2.00 tbsp FenugreekSeeds
- 1.00 tbsp Ganjala
- 1.00 cup Water
- First take the Tulsi and wash this in a water , If you Pluck the tulsi in the early morning don’t wash in a water.
- Now take the black Tulsi of one cup, In the time of plucking the Black tulsi , pluck with the seeds.
- Take a one jar in this add ,one cup of White Tulsi, And Black Tulsi ,and add 1/4 cup of water ,and grind this as fully paste as i shown in the below image.
- Now take a one a bowel in this separate the grinded tulsi leaves from the ,juice as i shown in the below image.
- After separate the grinding tulsi paste , And separate this , the juice is looking as in the below image .
- Now take a one cup in this add 1/2 cup of water, In this add 2 Spun of CumienSeeds, and keep this for a 10 minutes.
- Now take a one cup in this add 1/2 cup of water, In this add 2 Spun of Fenugreek Seeds, and keep this for a 10 minutes.
- Now take a one lemon , Then took the juice of this lemon , and keep this in a bowel.
- Now take a Natural Honey , For mixing in the lastly ,because it gives the mild sweetness to the juice.
- Now take a one Glass ,in this firstly add grinded Tulsi Juice, And 1 Spun of Lemon juice, 1/2 Cup of Cumin Seeds – Dipped Water, 1/2 Cup of Fenugrek Seeds – Dipped Water, Add 2 Spun of – Honey, And mix all this in a glass fully , And serve this in a early morning.
