Ingredients of Tulasi kashayam
STEP : 1
First take the 1/2 cup of tulsi and wash this in a water, Otherwise plunking the tulsi in a early morning ,in that time don't eash the tulsi in a water.

Next take the Black Tulsi , and in the time of plucking the black tulsi pluck the seeds of tulsi also.
STEP : 3
Lavan Bhaskar Churna,it is an Ayurveda Churna which is available in all Ayurveda stores , We are taking only 1/2 Spun of Churna only.

Now In a plate we are put, 2 - Clove, 1/2 - pinch of Pattai, and 1/2 pinch of ginger, and Seeds of black tulsi.

Now Take one kada in this add 3 glass of water, And make it heat in a midium flame, Then add 2 - Clove, 1/2 Pinch of - Pattai, 1 and 1/4 Spun of Turmeric powder, Lavan Bhaskar Churna 1 Spun .
STEP : 6
After adding all this ingredients to the kada , Cook this for 10 to 15 minutes , The Water have to reduce 3 glass to 1 glass.

After it is boiling upto 15 minutes and it is reduce to 1 glass, Separate the ingredients from the water contents,as i shown in the below image.

If some want they can add 2 - Spun of honey , It can make the taste little bit sweet .

fter adding the honey to this Kashaya add only - 1 0r 2 Drops in the time of consuming the Kashaya, Don't add rather than 2 drops.
STEP : 10
After adding all the ingredients now the Ayurveda Tulsi Kashaya is ready to serve, Serve this in a time of hot.
