Ingredients
  

Tomato Spaghetti

  • 0.25 gram Spaghetti
  • 1.50 cup Onions
  • 0.25 cup garlic chopped
  • 6.00 nos Tomatoes
  • 6.00 nos Curry leaves
  • 1.00 cup green capsicum
  • 3.00 nos deseeded Green chillies
  • 1.00 tbsp red chilli flakes
  • 0.50 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2.00 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1.00 nos Lemon
  • 0.50 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.25 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 4.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

Tomato Spaghetti

  • The key ingredients to prepare Tomato sphagetti ,we need sphagetti ,ketchup,tomatoes,capsicum,coriander leaves,onions,lemon, garlic,green chillies,chilli flakes,mustard seeds,pepper powder,oil and salt
  • To make tomato puree, take a blender ,add the tomatoes cut into four equal parts.
  • Blend the tomatoes for few seconds till it turns a smooth and thick paste or puree.
  • For seasoning ,turn on the flame,add two tablespoon of oil and let it heat completely.
  • Add half tablespoon of mustard seeds in nice hot oil,let it splutter for few seconds.
  • Add finely chopped garlic cloves and fry it for few seconds till it turns nice color.
  • Add a cup of onions and fry it for few seconds till it turns golden brown.
  • Add a cup of bell pepper or capsicum and saute it for few minutes till it becomes soft.
  • Add three nos of green chillies for more spices and let fry for few seconds in a medium flame.
  • Add a cup of blanched tomatoes and fry it for few seconds till it turns soft.
  • Turn on the other flame ,place a vessel ,boil 4 cups of water to cook noodles
  • Add half tablespoon of salt in it, noodles should boil only 80 percent otherwise it will get soggy.
  • Add 250 grams of noodles in a boiling water,make sure it should be in medium flame.
  • Add a blended tomato puree and stir it very well ,cook it till the raw smell goes.
  • Add half cup of fresh curry leaves and mix it,let the curry leaves blend with the ingredients.
  • Add a tablespoon of of red chilli flakes for more spices and let fry for few seconds in a medium flame.
  • Add two tablespoon of tomato ketchup or sauce and mix it,let it cook for few minutes.
  • Add a little bit of salt or as per taste ,add little bit of sugar and mix it
  • Add a tablespoon of black pepper powder and mix it,let it cook for few minutes.
  • squeeze half portion of lemon few drops and gently mix it,you can add vinegar too.
  • Add finely chopped coriander leaves and miix it lightly ,let it cook to enhance the taste .
  • After few minutes ,turn off the flame ,then strain the water completely in a seperate bowl.
  • Add the boiled spaghetti or pasta into the mixture and mix it completely using spatula.
  • Tomato spaghetti is ready in a low flame ,then transfer it in a serving bowl.
