very tasty and delicious tamota rice can be prepared very simply in the house in very less no of steps good looking and good taste

Ingredients of Tomato Rice

1 Cup Boiledrice
4 No Tamota
3 No Cloves
1 No Dalchinachekka
4.00 Tbsp Ghee
1.00 Tbsp Gingergarlicspaste
2 No Greenchillies
1.00 tbsp Saltfortaste

Tomato rice

first of all take the plate and take the tamota and wash them well and keep then aside as shown in the image

STEP : 1

now take the knife and cut them in  to very small pieces as shown in the image and keep them all aside

now take the mixy jar and add the all tamota pieces in the mixy jar slowly as shown in the image

now grind them all like a fine paste with out adding any water and take that in to a bowl and keep aside

now take the pan and switch on the stove and cook the grinded tamota paste in the pan in slow flame  and keep aside

now take the  another pan and add the ghee in the pan and preheat the pan as shown in the image

now take the cloves and the dalchinachekka and fry them in the oil at first as shown in the image ,,

now take the onions and add them in the ghee and then add the green chillies and fry them well ..

now take the spoon and fry them well in low flame and then take the termeric powder and add one tbsp of termeric powder

now take the ginger garlic paste and add and fry well untill raw smell gone out and then add the cooked tamota paste

now mix all of them well with the help of the spoon and then add the salt for the taste and mix well
