- 1.00 cup Tomato Pieces
- 1.00 cup Curd
- 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
- 0.50 nos Coriander
- 0.50 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
Tomato Raita
- First of all take the thick curd from the refrigerator and keep out side for 5 minutes as shown in the image.
- Now take the cool down curd and take the one tbsp of the curd and add that in the bowl as shown in the image.
- Now take the spoon and mix the curd in the bowl well like a fine and smooth as shown in the image.
- Now take the tomato pieces and add them in the smooth curd in the bowl and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Now mix the pieces well and add the sufficient salt for the taste and mix well and keep aside.
- Now then after take the curd and again add some more curd in the bowl and mix well and add lemon juice if you like.
- Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious tomato raita in the bowl and garnish with the coriander.
