Usually we are done various breakfast recipes with highly healthy and tasty breakfast,in that way we are going to cook and taste a different type of puri which is one of the favorite breakfast for all children,in this recipe going to add healthy ingredients such as carrot and tomato,and also going to add little chilly powder which gives slight spice to this recipe.

Ingredients of Tomato puri

2.00 cup WhetFlour
1.00 no Carrot
1.00 no Tomato
0.25 tbsp AjwainSeeds
1.00 tbsp RedChillyPowder
0.25 tbsp GaramMasalaPowder
0.50 tbsp Salt
2.00 cup Oil

Wash the given measure of carrots and peel the skin using peeler or with knife and grate it using a grater,and keep it in a bowl

For Dough making: In a bowl add given measure of wheat flour and now add the grated carrot into it and mix well together

Then add the red chilly powder for needed spice and add some salt and add 1/4 tbsp of ajwain seeds,mix well together

Then add the fresh extracted tomato puree into that and mix well together,add water by spraying if needed and mix well till it gets well mixed

Then add some hot oil into that dough and keep it soak for 30 minutes till the dough gets as much as soft

After 30 minutes again knead well and divide the dough into equal portions and make a shape like a small ball size pedas

Then roll it out the small pedas into a puri spread using the roti spreader and roller pins repeat the process for making all the pedas into puri spread

Heat a pan add some oil for deep frying,when the oil gets hot enough,now add the puri spread into that hot oil.

Keep boiling for few seconds and turn it another side and boil it for few seconds,remove it when the light golden brown color obtains,Repeat the same process for making all the spicy carrot and tomato puri,and serve hot with potato sabzi or with any chutney or with any gravy
