A tomato paneer recipe is made by north indian style preparation. This recipe is an aromatic preparation for your family members. That served with hot roti or meals.

- 1.00 cup ramamulakaya
- 1.00 cup panner
- 0.75 tbsp salt
- 1.00 liter milk
- 0.25 cup lemon
- 0.50 tbsp red chili powder
- 0.50 tbsp masala powder

- Take the milk of 1 liter and keep it on the stove for boiling purpose in order to make the panner
- Take the lemons of two and cut them to slices which will be used for preparation of the panner easily with this
- Squeeze the lemon juice with the help of the juicer of lemon and collect them in to one small full bowl
- We will see that the milk we kept on the stove is ready to boiling in a medium flame only for some time
- When it gets boiled add the lemon juice in to it by tilting it from the sides of the pan in to it
- Mix well the milk with the lemon juice and the milk will change in to the pieces type after 5 minutes of adding
- If we do continuously like this they become to big balls in the pan at that stage put off the stove
- Pour this to one cloth in order to squeeze the milk out from it and only the panner left in it
- Take a glass and made a pressure on it in order to get the perfect shape to made them in to pieces
- Collect it in to one plate and kept aside for cooling purpose in the plate for some time under the fan
- After cooling of the plate cut them in to desired pieces in order to prepare the curry with this panner easily
- Take a plate add oil of 6 table spoons to it and made the oil heat for some time in a low flame
- After that add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon and mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them fry in the oil
- After that add the green chili flakes in to the oil and made it fry in the oil in a low flame
- Now add the ramamulakaya pieces to it and add turmeric powder to it and mix well and then remain for cooking of the pieces
- After they are cooked add the ginger paste of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the pan with the pieces
- Add the salt of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until the salt dissolves in it in a low flame
- Add some table spoon of garam masala to it mix well and then taste it if all are sufficient or not
- Add red chili powder of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well in the pan in a low flame only
- At last add the prepared panner pieces to it and mix well and put off the stove and then take in to the serving bowl
