Ingredients of Tomato methi chutney
Tomato methi chutney
STEP : 1
Take the bowl of water which are fresh one and add some 1/2 table spoon of salt to the water and mix well.

Now add the freshly taken tomatoes of 2 cups to the water which contain salt and clean well them in the salt water.

After that take them to the bowled which contains holes and put these tomatoes under the flow of water to remove the salt content

Now spread these cleaned tomatoes on a neat cloth and made them to dry well for some time inside only without water

After they are dried remove the nods from it on each and every tomato with a knife and collect it to the plate

Now take the tomato and made each tomato in to four equal parts made all the tomatoes like this only and collect them to one plate.

Take a pan add oil of 2 cups and made the oil heat for some time in a medium flame only.

After the oil gets heated add the cutted tomato pieces to it and mix well and boil them in the oil in a low flame

After 20 minutes it will becomes to a fine paste then add the 1/4 cup of the tamarind to it and mix well with the paste

After that add the turmeric powder of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until it applies to all the paste

Now add the salt of 1/4 cup to the tomato paste and mix well until the salt dissolves in it for some time.

After that add the red chili powder of 1/4 cup to the prepared tomato paste and mix well in the pan

Take another bowl add the oil of 1/2 cup to it and made the oil heat for some time in a low flame.

Now add the mustard seeds of 1/2 table spoon to the oil and made them to crack in the oil for some time.

After it gets heated add the cumin of 1/2 table spoon to it and made them to fry in the oil for some time.

After that add the red chili flakes of 4 no to the oil and put off the stove and keep it cool for some time

Take the pan add the fenugreek seeds of 1/2 cup to it and made them to dry roast it for some time until they changes the color.

After that take the jar add them to it and made them to fine powder in the jar until no seeds left behind it.

In the same jar add those prepared tomato paste and mix well the seeds powder with this by grinding them gently

After that collect it to the pan and add the prepared popu with red chili flakes to the paste and mix well and take it to the serving bowl
