Tomato kurma is otherwise called as thakali kurma, idly kurma. It is best side dish for south Indian breakfast such as idly, dosa, even for chappathi. Amazing combination with Hot idly or dosa. No need to chop any veggies, Easy to prepare.

Ingredients of Tomato kurma

3.00 no Red chili

0.25 tbsp Poppy seeds

0.50 tbsp Mustard seeds
0.25 tbsp Turmeric powder
1.00 tbsp Salt
0.50 tbsp Red chili powder
0.25 tbsp Garam masala powder
