Ingredients of Tomato halwa
STEP : 1
First of all take the tomato and wash them well and boil them in the water for 10 minutes until they cook well like a soft.

now after boiling take them from the water and take out the outer layer with the hand as shown in the image.

now after completing all the tomato's smash them once with the hand and take out the juice from them and keep aside.

now take the mixture jar and add the smashed tomato in the jar and grind like a fine paste texture.

now take the pan and switch on the stove and add the ghee and fry the dry fruits in the ghee and take them aside.

now add the 2 tbsp of ghee again and fry the prepared tomato paste in the ghee until it comes closer.

now take the one cup of sugar and add in the fried tomato paste like content and mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

now after that add the 2 tbsp of corn flour in the prepared content and then mix well with out lumbs.

now add the other 2 tbsp of ghee in that and cook well for 5 minutes so that flavour comes out.

now after that take the fried dry fruits in the ghee and add them in the prepared content and mix well.

now take a plate and apply the ghee over the plate and take the prepared content in to the plate and keep that aside for 5 minutes.

now after that content will cool down, then take the knife and apply ghee to knife and cut them in to small diamond like shape.

now take the serving plate and serve the tasty and delicious tomato halwa in the plate with the kaju thatŽs it delicious sweet ready.
