Ingredients of Tomato Gojju
STEP : 1
Now take two onions and 4 tomatos and chop them well in medium size and keep them aside so that it saves time.

Add two table spoon of oil allow it to heat in a medium pan once it gets heated add mustard seeds , Cumin and chana dal and allow it to fry for a while in medium flame for around 1 minutes.

Add chilly to the pan along fry it well to get good tasty of chilly with spicy. Fry it in medium flame and stir it well.

Add onion after chili get fried well to the pan and fry it well to get in to golden brown color in medium flame and stir it well .

Add tomato after chili and onion get fried well to the pan and mix it well to fry with onion and chilly in medium flame and stir it well.
STEP : 6
Add salt to this now and stir it well for five minutes and let it boil for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally in the pan, taste it once if salt is required add the needed.
STEP : 7
Now after 10 minutes switch off the stove and set it in a boil. It makes a good taste with rotti and chapati. So now yummy Tomato gojju is ready.
