Ingredients of Tomato dal
STEP : 1
Take some arhar dal and keep aside, take ine potato, some green chilli, hing, some cumin seeds, ginger all those things bring together and keep aside .

wash the arhar dal properly then steamed the dal in a prasher cooker with some water and some salt and keep aside .

Take some coriander leaves then wash it properly with water then chop the coriander leaves properly and keep aside for add it in the dal .

Then hot a pan and add some oil in it , when oil become hot add some cumin seeds and leave it for few seconds .

Then cut the potato in small peices and wash it properly then add the potato peices in to the hot oil and fry it.

Then clean the tomato and cut the tomato in small peices and add the tomato in to the fryied potato and cook it for few minutes in low flame .

Then paste the ginger, green chilli and cumin seeds and add this paste in to the cooked potato and tomato and cook them for five minutes in low flame.

Then add some salt and turmeric powder in to the cooked masala and cook it for another two minutes in high flame .

Then add the steamed dal in to the cooked masala and cook it for another five minutes in high flame .

Then add the chopped coriander in to the cooked dal and cook it for few seconds then add some hing and cook it for few minutes and off the gas oven .

Serve this recipe hot in a serving bowl for eating . Serve this recipe with hot steamed rice or hot roti .
