All the ingredients are grated as mentioned. Tomatoes and carrots are grated before. Garlic is also grated as per requirement. Ghee is melted before.
STEP : 2
Firstly the tomatoes and carrots are added into the boiling pan for cooking it. These are iron and calcium rich food.
STEP : 3
Garlic is also added for good taste. It is rich in iron and adds traditional tastes to the soup. It is health based ingredient.

Finally pepper, salt, sugar and bay leaf is added with water into the boiling pan. It is allowed to cook, till the vegetables become soft.
STEP : 5
Transfer the cooked vegetables into the grinder, to make a paste of it. The remaining water is added after it is made to a paste.
STEP : 6
Transfer the seasoning of leaves and ghee into the serving bowl. Garnish it with butter. It serves three. Yummy, hot soup is ready.
