- 1.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 cup Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1.00 cup Chopped Onions
- 1.00 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1.00 cup Chopped Carrot
- 1.00 cup Chopped Baby Corn
- 1.00 cup Soya Tofu
- 1.00 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
Instructions
Tofu Stir Fry
- As the first step take a bar of tofu and clean it fresh water and now chop it into cubes and add them in a bowl.
- As the first step take fresh and clean capsicum and chop them into long thin pieces and add them into a bowl.
- As the next step take fresh and cleaned carrot and now chop them into long and thin pieces and add them into a bowl.
- As the next step take some fresh and clean pealed baby corn and now chop them into small circles and add to a bowl.
- As the next step mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add it into a cooker for steam cooking.
- As the next step take a fresh and clean kadai and now add some oil and now add the jeera and the ginger garlic chopped pieces.
- As the next step stir fry the jeera and the ginger garlic and now add the fresh chopped onions and stir fry.
- As the next step take the steamed vegetable and add them to the kadai and stir fry them for some time.
- As the next step mix all the vegetable and low the flame and now add the chopped soya tofu cubes and mix well.
- As the next step keep the lid and cook for some time in low flame and now add the pepper powder and salt and sugar.
- As the next step mix all the ingredients and spices slowly without breaking tofu and now add some soya sauce and mix well.
- And now as the next step stir fry the vegetables with soya sauce in high flame for few seconds and add it to the bowl and serve.
