Tofu Stir Fry
- 1.00 tbsp Oil
- 0.50 cup Chopped Ginger Garlic
- 1.00 cup Chopped Onions
- 1.00 cup Chopped Capsicum
- 1.00 cup Chopped Carrot
- 1.00 cup Chopped Baby Corn
- 1.00 cup Soya Tofu
- 1.00 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1.00 tbsp Salt
- 1.00 tbsp Sugar
- 1.00 tbsp Soya Sauce
Tofu Stir Fry
- As the first step take a bar of tofu and clean it fresh water and now chop it into cubes and add them in a bowl.
- As the first step take fresh and clean capsicum and chop them into long thin pieces and add them into a bowl.
- As the next step take fresh and cleaned carrot and now chop them into long and thin pieces and add them into a bowl.
- As the next step take some fresh and clean pealed baby corn and now chop them into small circles and add to a bowl.
- As the next step mix all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add it into a cooker for steam cooking.
