Ingredients of Tilapia fry
STEP : 1
At first we should clean the fish and then make small small cuts on it , you can cut fish head if you don't like it.

Now we can make grinding mixture, for that first remove skin from ginger and garlic then place this in a Mixer add mint leaves and coriander leaves to it,grind it well.

Then take the clean fish and pour salt ,tamarind water,red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and the grinded mixture of ginger garlic And lemon juice.

Then mix everything well and keep fish for more than half an hour ,so that the fish gets nicely mingle with the masalas.

Then heat a pan ,use a big pan if you have , because it's big fish I have small one so I am frying one by one.
STEP : 6
When the pan is hot pour oil to deep fry the fish ,and when oil gets hot put the marinated fish to it.
STEP : 7
Then when one side of the tilapia fish gets brawn and fried well ,change the fried side using a Flat spoon .
STEP : 8
When the both side of the fish gets cooked and fried well take it out and repeat the same with the remaining fish. And serve hot.
