Ingredients of Til ki barfi
Til ki barfi

STEP : 1
The key ingredients to prepare Tilachi burfi,we need sesame seeds,flour milk,sugar,rava, shredded coconut,cashews,cardamoms, peanuts,raisins,ghee and a pinch of salt.

STEP : 2
Turn on the low flame ,add one and half cup of white sesame seeds for few seconds.

When the sesame seeds slightly changes its original color or golden color ,transfer it in a another bowl.

In a same pan add one cup of peanuts and saute it till it turns color.

When it is dry roasted transfer the roasted peanuts in a blender jar to make powder.

Blend it few seconds till it turns semi consistency powder don't blend it nice powder.

In a same pan or tawa ,add a tablespoon of ghee or butter in a low flame.

Add one cup of wheat flour or atta and saute it till the raw smell goes.

When flour roasted with raw smell goes away ,low the flame and transfer in plate.

Add one cup of suji or rava and saute it few seconds till it turns crisp.

When rava roasted with raw smell goes away ,turn off the flame and transfer it.

In a same pan or tawa ,add one cup of sugar to make sugar syrup.

Add little amount of water Mix the sugar for two to three minutes till it dissolves.

Add crunched three nos of green cardamoms for good smell and mix it ,add a pinch of salt.

Add the blended peanuts ,side by side and mix it with out formation of lumps.

Add the roasted wheat flour ,side by side mix it with out formation of lumps.

Add the roasted rava or suji ,side by side mix it with out formation of lumps.

Add roasted dry coconut into the mixture and mix it completely in a low flame.

Add the boiled and warm milk along with the mixture and mix it completely and dissolve the lumps.

Add roasted sesame seeds into the creamy mixture and mix it completely in a low flame.

Add quarter cup of raisins and mix it,if you can add a crunched badam along with mixture.

When the mixture turns thick after regular intervals of mixing it,turn off the flame and let it cool.

Spread the mixture evenly on all sides ,after few seconds cut in a desired shape.Our tasty Tilachi barfi is ready.
