Healthy finger millet kheer is a traditional sweet recipe that specially made in during festival or at any great occasions.All group age will have these healthy kheer and can also easily prepare at home.It is time consuming recipe.

Ingredients of Thinai payasam

1.00 cup Ragi
0.25 liter milk
1.00 cup Jaggery
5.00 no cashewnuts
5.00 no raisins
3.00 tbsp Ghee
0.50 tbsp Cardamom powder
0.25 tbsp dry ginger powder
0.50 cup Oats
0.25 tbsp Salt

The key ingredients to prepare Ragi kheer;we need Ragi;milk ;Oats;cardamom powder;dry ginger powder;cashews;raisins;jaggery;ghee and salt.

This dish is an awesome combination of Ragi and oats both the most healthy and the most preferred of the millets and oats combination is used in such a great way especially for those who are looking for healthy option of having sweet dishes and it is been made so nicely the preparation is also very easy and nobody can think that such a healthy combination can be used as a Sweet paysum also I really like this recipe for the sweets, when you want to eat something healthy without feeling any guilt.
