Thengai Chutney – Spicy And Tasty Thengai Chutney Recipe At Home
A thengai chutney is one of the ancient south indian side dish recipe of breakfast. Simple ingredients are used in this recipe. Mostly all age group of people loves to eaten this dish.
Ingredients
Thengai Chutney
- 1.00 cup Coconut
- 0.25 cup Chana dal
- 8.00 nos Green chili
- 2.00 tbsp Salt
- 0.50 cup Water
Instructions
Thengai Chutney
- First we take the coconut and clean it properly. after clean the coconut we cut it in small size and take it in a bowl
- Now we take the mixture jar and mix the cutting coconut and clean green chili in it properly to ready the spicy coconut chutney
- Now we take this jar and mix the chana dal in it in required amount and also mix the salt in it
- Now we close this jar and ready the paste of it using the mixture grinder and after few minutes we mix the salt in it
- Now after few minutes we open the jar and mix the water in it in required amount to ready the chutney of it
- After mixing the water in it we again mix it properly using the mixture grinder and ready the spicy coconut chutney
- Now with in two to three minutes the spicy coconut chutney is ready and we drop out it in a bowl and serve to all
