Ingredients of Thengai burfi
STEP : 1
Take the coconut of fresh one and take the pieces from it in order for the process of making the sweet.

Add this to the jar in order to grind it and some some water in a step by step manner to make it a fine paste.

Take this into one cup and take the sugar of equal amount of that pate that is equal to the same cup of the coconut paste.

Take one pan add ghee to it of 3 to 4 table spoons for the preparation process to made it so easy.

Put on the stove to made the ghee dissolve in the pan in a low flame only for some time by mixing it.

Now add the oil of 1 table spoon to it and made the oil to heat for some time in a low flame.

Add the raisins of 1/2 table spoon to it and mix well until it is fried in the oil in a low flame.

After changing of color of the raisins take them to another bowl and kept aside for some time to make them cool.

In the same pan add the elaichi to it and mix well and fried after that take in to another bowl.

Take a pan add sugar to it and add some water in order to dissolve the sugar in the water in a high flame.

Make the sugar dissolves fully in the water by stirring it with a spoon for some time in a medium flame.

After that add the coconut paste of 1 cup to the dissolved sugar and mix well in the pan with a spoon.

Take the cashews of 1/2 table spoon and add to the pan containing the both oil and ghee of 1/2 table spoon.

Make the cashews fry in the pan until the color changes after that take them out and put off the stove.

Mix well the coconut paste in the pan we can see that the color has changed and slightly forming the paste.

After that add those fried cashews ,elaichi and raisins to the pan containing the coconut paste and mix well until it forms a thick paste.

Take one plate apply ghee to the plate and spread it all over the plate in order to get the bars easily from it.

Now pour the paste in to the plate and spread all over the plate with a spoon in order to get the upper layer correctly.

After partial cooling down of the paste cut them in to the bars shape and take them into the serving bowl.
