Ingredients of Thayir sadam
STEP : 1
First of all take the bowl and take the one cup of the boiled rice in that and keep aside.

Now take the one cup of the curd and add little water in the curd and keep that aside.

Now take the one cup of curd and add that in the boiled rice and cool down rice and mix well.

Now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste and mix well with out any lumbs in the middle and keep that aside.

Now take the plate and take the required ingredients for the thalimpu like chana dal ,and ground nuts and gera and red chilies ,green chilies etc.

Now switch on the stove and keep a pan and add the oil and add the chana dal and mustered seeds and red chillies and etc.

Now fry them well until they change their color to light golden color and then add the kaju in them and fry well.

Now after the frying of the ingredients add them in the mixed rice and curd.

Now take the spoon and mix all the ingredients in the rice well until the items mix well in the curd rice.

Now take the serving bowl and serve the tasty and delicious curd rice in the bowl and garnish with the coriander.
