1.00 cup Rice

0.25 cup Bengal Gram
0.25 cup Split Green Gram
0.25 tbsp Hing
1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
0.75 tbsp Salt
1.00 tbsp White Sesame
2.00 tbsp Vanaspathi
2.00 cup Oil
0.50 cup Urad Dal

Thattai recipe
