Ingredients of Thalipeeth recipe
STEP : 1
Take chopped green chili, 1 bowl wheat flour, three boiled potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, salt as required and black pepper. Also take sabudana which was soaked in water at least for four hour then drain excess water.
STEP : 2
Mix the entire ingredient in a bowl. Mash these ingredients with the help of hands and make fine dough from these ingredients. Also add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix it well.

Divide the dough in equal parts and make a smooth ball using your hands. Take a plastic sheet and place a ball between the plastic sheet.
STEP : 4
Apply oil on the top of ball so that it doesnt stick to the plastic sheet. Now equally press the ball with your hand to make sabudana thalipeeth.
STEP : 5
Now apply a teaspoon of oil on the non-stick pan and press carefully the sadudana thalipeeth and create a hole on the center of sabudana thalipeeth.
STEP : 6
Let it light brown on bottom side and apply light oil on the top and flip it to other side. Transfer it to a serving plate. Similarly make more two sabudana thalipeeth and garnish with chopped tomato.
