  • 1.00 cup Tamota Pieces
  • 1.00 cup Tamerind Juice
  • 1.00 tbsp Mustered Seeds
  • 2.00 nos Red Chillies
  • 1.00 tbsp Garlics
  • 1.00 tbsp Menthulu
  • 2.00 tbsp Oil
  • 1.00 tbsp Termericpowder
  • 1.00 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1.00 tbsp Salt For Taste
  • 1.00 tbsp Jaggery
  • 4.00 nos Curry leaves sprig

Instructions
 

Thakkali Rasam

  • first of all take the bowl and add the one cup of water and switch on the stove and boil the water

  • now take the one cup of the tamerind juice and add that in the water and mix well and boil

  • now take the red chillly powder and add the one tbsp of the red chilly powder in the water and mix

  • now take the termeric powder and add the one and half tbsp of the termeric powder in the rasam andmix

  • now take the salt and add the sufficient salt for the taste in the rasam and mix well and check once

  • now take the main ingrediant tamota and wash that well with the water and cut them in to very small pieces

  • now take the tamota pieces and add them in the rasam and mix well and boil the rasam along with the tamota
