Ingredients of Thai soup
STEP : 1
Wash the shrimps well and then chop the onion, the garlic cloves, bell pepper and also wash the basil leaves. Keep the green chili too.
STEP : 2
Heat oil in a kadai and then fry the shrimps along with the onion and the garlic cloves along with a pinch of salt and fry till there is no water in the prawn.
STEP : 3
Add all the colored bell peppers into the kadai and then fry it well as shown in the figure till all the vegetables are tender.
STEP : 4
Add the basil leaves and the green chili sauce to the vegetables and mix it well as shown and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP : 5
Add 2 cups of water to the kadai and cook the soup till t he broth is thickened and then it can be served with lemon zest, a slice of lemon and green chili.
